I love working with people that are 70 plus years old because the benefits are almost immediate and obvious. We can work together to change your flexibility and strength so you aren't afraid of being frail and falling. I can help you get stronger so you can get up and down from a chair without the aid of your arms, or up and down from the floor.
You can even start a yoga program if you have never done yoga before because we start with basics and build on those foundations. It is never too late to build a stronger support structure for your bones!
